Yeah …he did a pretty whacky stupid thing and yeah he got just punishment in the form of an embarrassing dressing down from the authorities and countless hours of humiliating mockery from us his mates. So be it. This is simply humourous footage of a guy caught being foolish to the extreme, drunk in Osaka disregarding reputation and personal safety. Some, of the ‘holier than thou’ sentiments here expressed are quite literally, retarded righteous bleatings, we are not all saints, nuns priests acolytes etc you get the drift we all lapse once in a while. Japan, the wonderful place is very good to us Australians and we are in the main good to it. Enough said!

Hello I am Japanese. The foreigner saw Movie to joke because it came to Japan. When the country where Japan is serious has and such an action to joke and the trowed thing is taken. It is natural that it is caught by the police etc.The feature in the country of the coming Japanese oak to Japan though there might be a lot of people who think a trivial country, too, when saying to a word ..a serious country.. ..not good if it doesn’t come to Japan more after it studies… I think that the amount Japan is peaceful and a rich country.

Okay, granted this guy was loaded and acting like an idiot, but as far as I could tell he didn’t hurt anyone. He didn’t even appear to damage the bike all that badly. Does that give any HUMAN BEING the right to harm any other HUMAN BEING?? Here in Japan, many men use alcohal as an excuse to do whatever the hell they please. This includes starting fights with anyone (including women), shouting obsenities at anything they think is looking at them funny (including mailboxes), and feeling free to grope, molest, harrass, and fondle anyone they feel like. I’ve heard perfectly sensible salarymen tell me about their wild nights out after work, and how they hope their wives don’t find out. The problem was not that he was Gaijin, but that he was drunk, and drunk = stupid. EVERYONE has a stupid drunk story; his just got filmed and passed around to internet savvy nerds.
